Berlin NH has only one hotel at this time. The Budget Inn is located on Pleasant Street, which is NH Route 16 South. To be accurate, its actually a motel.

It is a small, one story motel…probably 1 star at best. It is not affiliated with the large, Budget Inn chain of hotels. Reviews of the hotel are here…. I’ll let you decide. Directions to the hotel are located below:

Driving directions: From I 93 and Rt 16 Take I 93, exit 35 which is Rt 3 North. Then take Rt 115, take a right on Rt 115. At the end, take a right on Rt 2 East then left on Rt 16 North. The road will fork, stay right and take first left. The Budget Inn is across the street.From I 95 and North Conway From I 95 take the Spaulding Turnpike follow sign to White Mts. and Conway . Spaulding Turnpike turns into Rt 16. Go through Conway, stay on Rt 16 North to Gorham. When you reach Gorham, make a left at the stop sign and continue following Rt 16 North to Berlin. In Berlin, the road will fork, stay right and take the first left after the tennis courts. The Budget Inn will be straight ahead.

Berlin NH is making an effort to attract tourists, with activities like snowmobiling, ATV riding at the nearby Jericho Mountain State Park, rock cliimbing, hiking, hunting, fishing and more. I would imagine that within a few years, a new hotel, motel or bed and breakfast will pop up on the scene in Berlin NH.

For now, most people travel to Gorham NH, only 5 miles south of Berlin NH on NH Route 16, where there are many choices for hotels…. including Royalty Inn and the famous Town and Country Motor Inn.
